Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email about the tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to show.

Packaging

WavKong uses cartons for outer packing. In the box, you can find the product.

• About shipping time

Business days do not include Saturday & Sunday and any public holidays.

WavKong is not responsible for any failures or delays in delivery resulting from force majeure event, such as out of stock, natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues. The estimated delivery time may also vary according to your location and the origin of your order.

• About changing the shipping address

You may email support@wavkong.com to update your delivery address before your order is dispatched.

Once the parcel is already in transit, address modification requests cannot be processed.

• About Out-of-Stock Items

If a product is out of stock for your destination region, the corresponding product cannot be checked out directly. For restock consultation and alternative ordering solutions, please send an email to support@wavkong.com; our team will respond within 1 business day.

• About Multi-item Product Shipping

When you purchase multiple products in one order and expect consolidated delivery, WavKong will try our best to arrange all goods to be sent out together.

Nevertheless, separate shipments may be arranged for your order due to different warehouse inventory and shipping arrangements for individual items.

• About Undeliverable Address

Please note that WavKong does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO and PO.Box addresses.
